Poplar plywood is increasingly used in the yacht building industry due to its lightweight structure, cost efficiency, and reliable performance. The panels are produced as multi-layer constructions in thicknesses from 8 mm to 20 mm, using thinner and more numerous veneer layers to improve dimensional stability and minimize surface defects. With an average density of 420–430 kg/m3, poplar is slightly lighter and more economical than Okoume while maintaining suitable quality for yacht interior furniture and non-structural marine applications.

We use multi-layer poplar, which means thinner innerlayers, which also means a more stable plywood.
