Okoume Plywoods

Since decades okoumé plywood is one of the most wanted kinds of plywood on the Dutch market because of its durable properties. Okoumé grows mainly in Gabon in Central Africa and the cut down of trees is very strictly regulated by the Government. Because of its fine grain and low specific gravity this plywood is very suitable for processing and over painting. It's warm soft pink colour and its fine structure is widely appreciated.
